We provide organic social media marketing services, including content editing, posting and scheduling, captions, thumbnails, story sequences and related services as described on our Services page. The specific services, deliverables, pricing and term that apply to you will be agreed separately with you before we begin work.
Pricing is tailored to each client's stage and scale and is confirmed directly with you. Our services are provided on the basis of a minimum engagement of three months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Your responsibilities
To deliver our services, we rely on you to provide footage, materials and any access we reasonably need, and to do so in good time. You confirm that you have the right to share any footage, images or materials you provide to us, and that we may use them to create and publish content on your behalf as part of our services.
5. No guaranteed results
Organic social media is brand-building that compounds over time. While we work to a high standard and draw on our experience, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of followers, level of engagement, enquiries or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your niche, your starting point, how regularly you provide footage, and the platforms themselves.
6. Intellectual property
The SimpleScale name, logo and the content of this website are our property and may not be copied or used without our permission. Ownership and usage rights in the content we create for clients are agreed as part of our engagement with each client.
7. Third-party platforms
Our services involve third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp and Google Drive. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions or actions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
